Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting VOIR. Please read our shipping and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

​​1. Digital Products

 

Some of our products, such as digital musical scores, downloadable files, learning materials, or digital resources, may be delivered electronically.

Once payment has been made and the digital product has been sent, downloaded, or accessed, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your order.

2. Physical Products

 

For physical items, such as printed scores, books, merchandise, or other physical materials, delivery is currently available within Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

Orders will usually be processed within 3 to 7 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, courier availability, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be stated at checkout or communicated before payment is completed.

For selected items or campaigns, free delivery may be offered at VOIR’s discretion.

4. Delivery Address

 

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before submitting your order.

VOIR will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Physical Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.

Where applicable, VOIR may arrange for a replacement or other suitable resolution.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

 

All purchases of digital products are strictly non-refundable once the product has been sent, downloaded, or accessed.

For physical products, refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Change-of-mind purchases, incorrect product selection, or unused products are not eligible for refunds.
